This old ghostsign had stood high and dry for decades on Dundas Street.
Sadly in the last few days its been painted over rather than the owner of the building thinking to preserve it, personally I think it would have been a nice talking point to repaint it.

I was bought my 21st birthday cygnet ring from there. I still wear it and have never taken it off for 24 years!
I personally would love to see all these old signs saved and restored they are fantastic .
its amazing that in this day and age, important social history is still being wiped out
